What a disappointment! After a long walk, looking forward to brunch here, the place was about 1/3 full when we arrived. After more than half an hour we realized everyone else had got their food. After 40 minutes we asked where our food was and were told there had been a rush, then someone else said that the computer had malfunctioned. It was another 15 minutes before we got our food (which was mediocre at best, and we had to make three requests for the things that were supposed to accompany them). The kicker was the complete lack of interest in the situation, no apologies and no attempt to make amends.
